Welcome to St. John’s Festival Volunteer Scheduling
Our festival cannot be a success without the dedication of its volunteers. More than 2,000 hours of time over the 3-day weekend are required to staff all the booths and other events that occur. This does not include the hours, days, weeks and months spent in planning and executing the activities that lead up to the festival.
Once again, we hope to make your volunteer experience a good one, starting with offering on-line sign ups again this year. Through this page, you may view (and sign up for) available timeslots for most of the booths at our festival, see a brief description of what the booth does and learn about other opportunities to support our festival, before, during and after the big event. Every two-hour donation of your time helps.
To view timeslots where volunteers are still needed, please select the booth(s) of your interest, enter your name and contact information where you are able to help. Only enter ONE worker name per time slot. Only your booth captain and select festival committee members have access to the information you’ve provided. You will be contacted by the booth captain(s) where you have signed up to confirm your schedule(s)
Please note that several of our booths require workers to be OVER AGE 18. If you are not over 18, please do not sign up to work in these booths.
If you are not available during the festival or would like to volunteer hours for pre/post weekend activities some additional opportunities are described below:
If you have any questions about volunteering for the festival or this website, please contact Joan Seibenick (777-6433 or jseibenick@stjohnwc.org) or Sharon Hall (ssajhhall@aol.com).
Thank you for supporting our festival!
