Silent Auction needs assistance in the week prior to the festival (Monday through Thursday - 5:30 p.m. - ?) for set up, items must be brought from storage to the Pavilion and the tent just outside the Pavilion. On Friday, help is needed for final set up. (Food is provided.) At the conclusion of the festival, any items not already picked up require volunteers to call the highest bidders (Monday and Tuesday 8 a.m. - ?).
